Tag - 6 Random Facts

I really love being tagged, but I hate these ones where I have to talk about myself like this. I never know what to say and I wish that I could think of clever things... but I don't. Oh well. Here we go (and I like to copy Alicen and have pictures with my facts).

1. I always tell Tyson that I want to get a dog, but I really don't want one. Now, don't get me wrong, I really love dogs and I would love to have one, but I won't have a dog while we both work full-time and we don't have a yard. I will NEVER have an indoor dog because dog hair in my house really freaks me out (plus, your house just smells weird when you have an inside dog and I am paranoid about my house not smelling "weird"). Also, Tyson and I can't agree on what breed of dog we would have. Tyson grew up with Golden Retrievers and I have always wanted a German Shepherd. So to compromise... we just won't ever get a dog. It makes life so much easier to not have a pet to worry about taking care of when you go out of town. But I really do love dogs and I want to have one... one day...

2. My very favorite book is "The Giving Tree" by Shel Silverstein. What does it really mean? “The message is unclear (Take and take and take? Give and give and give? Complete self-sacrifice is good? Complete self-sacrifice is infinitely sad?), Silverstein has perhaps deliberately left the book open to interpretation.” Have you read it?

3. My favorite movies are, for the most part, animated Disney movies. I think that the biggest reason that I STILL love these movies is because they are so wholesome and are great for the whole family. I am a BIG TIME freak about anything sexual in movies and refuse to see a lot of movies because of reviews on my new favorite website
www.kids-in-mind.com. It tells you EVERYTHING that is in the movie (so beware on ratings above a 6) and I use it all of the time now. Plus, I grew up watching and loving the Disney classics… and I don’t ever want to grow up!
4. I’m trying to grow out my hair as long as possible. The ultimate goal… getting out of the shower and already being covered up - like a mermaid (and I’ve been looking everywhere online to try to find me a picture to show the length of the hair that I want, but I just can’t find one, so this one doesn’t have a picture).

5. I can’t wait for spring to get here. I am so sick of cold weather and snow. And one of my favorite things about the nicer weather is the fact that I will be able to break out the grill again and cook up a storm. I LOVE to grill. I’ve got a bunch of meat in the freezer that is just waiting for a day above 50ยบ.
6. I’m really grateful for every loser that I dated before I met Tyson. I would never appreciate what I have as much as I do if it wasn’t for them. So thank you Cory, Mike, Wade, Kyle, Jake and Aaron.
TYSON IS THE BEST!!

And now I tag: Tricia, Becca, Courtney, Melanie, Kate & Brighton.

Dude! You crack me up! I love how you named all those losers! Well, here's a link to a picture for you: http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a112/bearyG/Beards/My-Beard-shel-silverstein-cartoon-b.jpg

I think that this is what you're aiming for, except on your head instead of as a beard, right?
