Zesty Spaghetti Bolognese

I've found a new favorite dinner. And it's from Kraft. And it's delicious. And easy. And I can't wait for the leftovers tonight.

1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup KRAFT Light Zesty Italian Dressing
1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (14 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
3/4 lb. spaghetti, uncooked (I like whole grain!)
2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

COOK and stir onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat until crisp-tender. Add meat; cook on medium-high heat until browned, stirring frequently. Stir in tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low 15 min., stirring occasionally.

MEANWHILE, cook spaghetti as directed on package.

REMOVE sauce from heat. Add cream cheese; stir until melted. Drain spaghetti; place in large bowl. Top with sauce and Parmesan.

The recipe says there are 6 servings, and each serving has only 390 calories, 8 grams of fat and 4 grams of fiber (plus 26 grams of protein!). It's really tasty! Try it!

Yeah, you totally should get you one! This looks so yummy I think I'll try it. Anything with cream cheese and I'm game. You've been having so many fun adventures, how fun! And thanks for the hair compliment, that made me feel good on a day I really wanted to CHOP it off!

So I decided to try this out tonight and at the end I realized that the sauce seemed so creamy and I'm like... what the heck? This doesn't seem that healthy. So then I reviewed the recipe and realized that it called for 2 tbs of cream cheese and oh, I put in the entire package. Ah. I am such a bad cook.

Anyway, it's pretty tasty as it is!

I'll have to try this again and then report.
