No Junk Food: Day "I Gave Up a Long Time Ago"

Dude, I don't know why I even try to stop eating junk food.  It's like telling myself that I can't breathe.

I mean, hello?!! It's October and that means I need to make pumpkin cookies every-freaking-day.

The new goal is to just workout longer and more often.  Long runs on Saturdays and Zumba two days a week isn't cutting it for my flabby-ness. 

I just have to tell you all again, Zumba RULES.  I love it so much and if you haven't tried it, please come to one of the classes that I go to.  She turns the lights off and has a disco ball thing going, so it's darker and you don't have to feel as self conscious, because no one can really see you.  It is so much fun and you can burn over 400 calories in the 45 minutes that you are shaking it.

And when you burn 400 calories that means you can eat more ice cream.

And more ice cream makes everything better.

So does Disneyland, but that is another post for another time.

Yeah I don't know why I even tried either. ha ha And I seriously do want to make pumpkin cookies every day!! I love this picture of Katie. She looks so much like you. And Tyson though...I think she is a really good mix of both you.

Oh ma goooooosh. First of all, I am gonna smack you (you're like the skinny super model whining about gainin a half pound), secondly, I would never actually smack you because I love you to much. Thirdly, I legitimately want to go to zumba with you. I can't go tomorrow but I am for realsies planning on going the Monday after that. And finally, I just posted about going off sugar again! Hahaha. Wish me luck. :)
