May the Force Be With You

I love the summer. I love movies. I love the movies that come out in summer. I love movies. Did I already say that?

I'm so excited for so many of the movies that come out this summer. I've already seen 5 movies in the last three weekends! I swear... this month has all of the best movies coming out (except for Transformers and Harry Potter)! There's been a good one that's opened every weekend, and this weekend and next also have ones that I'm really looking forward to seeing. And every movie that we've seen has been really good (okay, I didn't love Angels & Demons... they just changed too much from the book. If I wouldn't have read the book I would have really enjoyed it though).

Surprisingly, my favorite movie so far has been Star Trek. And I've never seen a Star Trek movie or episode (nor have I ever wanted to)... I've never even seen a whole Star Wars movie either (not that they are the same - Chris, please don't hate me for never seeing Star Wars). So, if you haven't seen Star Trek yet, please go see it and tell me how you like it. Dr. McCoy is my favorite (and it's not just because the actor was in the Lord of the Rings movies) - plus, Capt. Kirk is a cutie! And if you've been reading my blog since last year, you will know that I love Christian Bale. So yes, I will be seeing Terminator. Hopefully this weekend. Also, I love Disney movies and I can't wait for UP. That dog cracks me up every time I see the trailer! So, what movies are you most looking forward to this summer?

I can't wait for Harry Potter. I'll admit that's the only movie I really want to see. Maybe I'll go see Star Trek now that you say it's good. But I will wait until it goes to the $2.00 theater by my house. I hate paying full price for a movie. Only Harry Potter is worth that. Although Twilight was too.
