Celebrity Watch @ SLC

I forgot to tell you about the celebrities that we saw in the airport as we were waiting for our flight to Houston.  I really hate how you have to check-in 2 hours before your flight, but this day it wasn't so bad.  A plane had just arrived from farther down the concourse and the passengers were filing their way toward baggage claim.  Tyson and I were sitting next to each other, and I was talking to my sister, when Ty turns to me really fast and says, "That's Robert Redford!"  Wearing dark aviator sunglasses, cowboy boots, jeans and a leather jacket - there he was - in all of his Bob Redford glory.  Let me tell you.  He looks old.
Remember when he was young and good looking?  Yeah, me too.
I would have stopped him and asked if I could get a picture with him, but he was already passed us when I thought of it, and I didn't want to chase him down.  Plus, I didn't really want to be one of those crazy people that bothers the celebrities all of the time.  I'm kind of bummed that I wasn't more brave though.

So the next person we see, was spotted by Tyson again.  But it's only Derek Hough.  Be-bopping along to his iPod and in his own little world.  He's a nerd.
I'm pretty sure this picture of his chest is photoshopped.  The skintone doesn't match his neck.  What did they do?  "Sculpt" some pecs for him?

Our last celeb, was cute Adrian Grenier.  I've always loved his curly hair.  And no, I didn't want to bother him either (he was with a girl and she might have scratched my eyes out for talking to her man), so I don't have a picture.
So the moral of this story is: if you want to spot a celebrity during Sundance, don't waste your time with Park City, because the odds are you won't ever see them.  Just hang out at the airport.

Robert Redford is looking old! I was watching old TWILIGHT ZONE episodes the other day and he was in one and so I looked him up on IMDB and couldn't believe he was born in the '30's!! He could be my grandpa. Gee whiz. I kinda hate to see that celebrities (well most of them anyway)...
