No soda
No candy
No chocolate
No cookies
No ice cream
No muffins/cake/doughnuts/baked deliciousness
There isn't a point in trying to stay sugar free for ever. I like it too much, and I'm not willing to go without it for the rest of my life. But I do need to cut a LOT of it out of my diet. I tend to binge eat cookies and candy and I need to get that under control.
So, if I can make it during the week, I can have some on the weekend. That will be my goal. And then hopefully it will help me not crave it as much as I do right now (like RIGHT NOW - someone brought in one of those huge chocolate cakes from Costco for a birthday and I have to walk by it to get more water and the smell is KILLING me!)
I need to get a new view on food. Because I have always used food as a reward.

Time to go run 5 miles.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Those pictures are incredible. You'll have to let me know how you feel once you go back "on" sugar. The first time I went back on, it didn't taste as good as I remembered, and then I felt bloated and headache-y, and stuff. But that hasn't stopped me from eating it since! I need to go off again.
Want a buddy? I need to stop all those things too but it sooo helps doing it with someone me. Message me on fb. Let's do this together! ;)
