My Katie is a funny girl and I can't believe that she is going to be 2 (TWO!) in October. We're planning to take her to Disneyland for her birthday (if anyone wants to meet us there). It's three months away but because I'm such a freak I already get all teary-eyed thinking about it. Katie loves Disney movies and her eyes are going to POP OUT OF HER HEAD when she is there. It's going to be AWESOME!
Please ignore this incredibly awkward angle that I am in, it makes some things look quite huge. I swear I don't have cankles! And stripes don't flatter my muffin top.
She's such a jabber box and she really is a very good talker. My favorite phrase of hers right now is, "Hold you, Mommy?!" I love the backwards way toddlers talk before they figure out how to use pronouns.
"Holy you, Mommy? Hold you, peas?" Of course I will hold you, my pretty little girl.

When I was scrolling down through the pictures and I saw the big picture of her face, I hadn't quite seen what she was looking at - could it be an animal? Or maybe this is what she'll look like in Disneyland? No, she just has yummy bacon in her mouth. Hahaha! Bacon can be mesmerizing. Have fun in Disneyland!
